Our products have been tested and proven to provide exceptional water repellency, while maintaining permeability to prevent locking moisture into the substrate. All Silchem products are rigorously tested in our lab and in the field to ensure customer requirements and specifications are met and exceeded.
Silchem products are formulated by our own innovative chemists who recognize the need for high performance balanced with the ever increasing demand for cost efficiency. Our strength lies in our ability to create modified or custom formulations with a very quick turnaround time. Our product range includes multiple variations of topical and admixture formulations to meet the varying needs of our customers.
These products are designed to be mixed directly into concrete providing complete water repellency to the internal and external concrete structure.
Products are sold as “Ready-For-Use” or concentrates that can be diluted as required. Use and dosage information for all products is available on product TDS documents.
Liquid products are offered in 40 lb pails, 450 lb drums and 2,250 lb totes. Samples are available on request.
Storage should be in a cool area between 4 and 27 °C (40 – 80 °F) in tightly closed containers. Storage temperature should not exceed 46 °C (115 °F).
