SEM-AC2G is a 50% active, curable silicone emulsion formulated with a silicone MQ resin to enhance its release properties. SEM-AC2G is intended for the mold release of rubber item including cast polyurethane elastomers.
SEM101 is a 50% silicone emulsion formulated to form a durable water repellent film. SEM101 imparts good gloss when applied to vinyl,metal, plastic or fiberglass surfaces. The use of SEM101 in various household or automotive polishescleaners will provide good gloss while minimizing smear. This emulsion is generally compatible with other silicone emulsions when formulating polishes andor cleaners.
SEM105 is supplied as a concentrate and is designed to be diluted with water before use.

SEM1401 is a 35% silicone emulsion formulated with phenyl modified polysiloxane fluid. This emulsion is recommended for the lubricating of glass fabrics in textiles finishes where drying temperatures are above 400°F (204°C). SEM1401 is formulated for many environmentally sensitive industrial applications where volatile organic chemical (VOC's) emissions are of concern. SEM1401 contains no VOC's.
SEM169 is a 50% silicone emulsion formulated with a silicone MQ resin. This degree of resin modification is low suggesting use in mold release applications and in polish formulations. MQ resin increases release characteristics of silicone fluids and enhances luster and shine properties.
SEM179 is a silicone emulsion formulated with a 5,000 centistoke dimethyl fluid. SEM179 is formulated with emulsifiers that deactivate upon drying of the water component. Suggested use is in textile water proofing applications and in specialty polish formulations.

SEM621 is a condensation curing emulsion release coating that is formulated for use as a release agent for various rubber compounds. SEM621 dries to form a rubbery film. SEM621 may be utilized in applications where release from sticky or tacky materials is required. This compound has also been found useful as a release additive when used with conventional silicone emulsions in order to improve their durability. SEM621 may be catalyzed with SEM621C catalyst and heat cured to obtain optimum performance; although it performs well without catalyst in many applications.
